The living room with sofa and love seat (the sofa will pull out for extra sleeping space) is cozy and inviting. There is a TV with cable as well as a DVD player and VCR for your enjoyment but we doubt you and your family will even feel the need! The picture window in this living room looks out to Lake Lure and the beautiful mountains that surround us. This main level also has a well stocked kitchen with ice maker in the refrigerator and dishwasher. Behind the kitchen in this open floor plan home is a dining table with seating for 8. Cook in or grill out, the deck on this level has a gas grill and chairs and is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bedroom is on the main level, this room features a queen size bed and plenty of closet space as well as a TV with cable. Next to the bedroom there is a full bath with a shower/tub combo that is shared with the rest of the home.
Downstairs, you will find 3 other bedrooms, bedroom #2 is a spacious room with a queen bed and TV with cable, this room also has a view of the lake. Bedroom #3 features a double bed and bedroom #4 has two twin beds. There is another full bathroom with tub/shower combo on this level to be shared by the bedrooms downstairs.
In the evenings, relax in the sitting room on this lower level. There is another TV in this room, you can leave the sitting room to the covered deck overlooking the lake and swimming area. Keep and eye on the kids as they swim and play on the waterslide.
Going down to the waterfront, you will notice how much there is to do! If you feel like exploring this cove, feel free to use the canoe or 4 person paddle boat, if you are more interested in floating and soaking up the sun, there are inflatable water toys including two floating lounge chairs.
