The lower level has a small sitting area with television and 3 bedrooms, (1 with 2 twins, the other two have 1 queen each), and 1 bath.
There are many steps to the waterfront, but there is a small yard adjacent to the waterfront. This home is clean and comfortable with a level entry from parking area. The home comes with a paddleboat and canoe. It is located about 8 miles from Lake Lure Beach and Chimney Rock Village.
