where you will enjoy single level entry. A spacious parking area is located at the end of the drive and is just a few steps from the front walkway. The views of the lake are apparent as soon as you walk in the front door! This well furnished and decorated
home has a total of 4 bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. Enjoy the views while dining in the bay alcove, or on the covered deck. The Master Bedroom is located on the main level and accommodates a King Bed, private bath with double vanity and a large double shower. Ample
closets both walk-in and pantry style provides lots of room for swimsuits and luggage. Double patio doors open onto the deck which overlooks the lake and yard and picnic area. The pretty kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare any
type of meal. The living area sits slightly below the kitchen and dining, creating a cozy retreat. A beautiful old stone fireplace is its centerpiece. A small TV and CD player are located in the living area. Just off the kitchen are a powder room and laundry
facility as well as access to the garage which is where you will find a game table for table tennis, darts, and a small seating area. From the living room, steps lead to the lower level family room which features ample seating to view the TV, as well as a
small game table. The large sectional sofa converts to sleeping. One full bath with a tub/shower combination is located just off the family room as are the three guest bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a king bed, the other a queen bed; and the there is also
a set of twin beds. This lower level provides direct access to the lakefront through patio doors. There is also a small side covered patio to enjoy the out of doors, a picnic table and fire pit on the grounds and a large dock for sunbathing, swimming or fishing.
A canoe is provided for your enjoyment; just remember you must wear a lifejacket, and we have provided those too! Several floats and water toys are available. Remember, all the amenities of the resort are available for your use, which includes indoor and outdoor
pools, fitness center, spa, private beach on Lake Lure, tennis, golf and much more. “Cottage Walk” is about a 5-minute drive from the private amenities at the resort. Sometimes the owner’s will allow well-behaved smaller dogs. If you want to bring all members
of your family, just ask us and we will do our best to accommodate!! Manager’s comments: You can’t find a more perfect and serene setting than what the waterfront at Cottage Walk provides. The house is spacious and at the same time, cozy and pretty! I love
the large master bedroom on the main floor. The fireplace is wood burning which is rare these days with all the gas log fireplaces. We always get such positive comments about the décor and cleanliness of this home. It is a real charmer and is a perfect companion
to Bald Mountain Lake Lodge, located next door, when space is needed for large family reunions. **Memorial Day through Labor Day is one-week minimum**
