Bedford Falls has four full baths, four comfortable bedrooms (2 of them master), plus additional sleeping, a great room, a recreation room, large screened porches, a boathouse with a deck, 2 stone fireplaces, and a fully equipped kitchen with cappuccino maker. Drive right down a wide concrete drive with a two-car garage, there is a ping-pong table in the garage. The entry level of the home features a spacious great room with a beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace and a dramatic view of the lake. The kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need and more, and dining areas adjoin to the open great room, which leads to a large screened porch. The upstairs master suite is also located on this level and features a king bed, walk-in shower, whirl pooled bathtub, and direct access to the deck overlooking the lake. A lovely guest bedroom is located on the opposite end of this level with direct access to the deck overlooking the lake. A full bath services this bedroom, as well as other guests on the main level. The lower level is the recreation area and is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The main room is a large family room built for fun with comfortable couches and foosball, professional pool table, air hockey table, and a TV with a VCR/DVD. There is also a second stone fireplace as well as a bar in the main room. A twin futon is provided for additional sleeping. Two additional bedrooms are also located on this level. Of course you will want to spend a significant amount of time outside during your vacation time enjoying the views and waterfront. There are several gathering areas; one has seating and a hot tub. You descend a few steps below to the deck on top of the boathouse. This area also has an eating area protected from the sun. Both decks and the dock area provide ample room for sunbathing. Also provided for your outdoor pleasure are a pontoon boat, paddleboat, a canoe and plenty of rafts and water toys. One of the real benefits of Bedford Falls is you are on a quiet cove and away from boat traffic. Thus you can relax while you float and swim in peace with all the water toys provided.
