Lazy Days – The name says it all! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home on Lake Lure is a great place for friends and family to gather. The sitting room on this level showcases almost 180 degree views of Lake Lure and has a queen pull out sofa for extra sleeping
space. The kitchen is well stocked for preparing meals for your group as well as bar seating for 3 people. The dining area which is open to the family room has dining seating for 4 people, the family room is open and airy with a wood burning fireplace for
the winter months as well as cable TV, VCR, and DVD player for your use. The main level of this home has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, TV and pretty view of the lake, there is also a full bathroom on this level. Downstairs there is a game room for the
young and young at heart. Compete against your friends and family in an air hockey or foosball tournament or just relax on the comfy futon sofas and watch cable TV in the evenings. This lower level also has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with
a set of bunk beds. There is also a bathroom on this lower level to be shared. Off of the game room you will find a screened in porch where there is a great view of Lake Lure, this is the perfect place to unwind at the end of the day. From this lower level,
the water front is only a few steps away! The entire waterfront area has railing all the way around so everyone can feel comfortable about little ones or pets being safe. There is a gate at the end of this deck with ladder for entry to the lake. This deck
is yet another great outdoor living area, with a patio table and chairs, feel free to cook out on the gas grill and have lunch or diner outside! In the boathouse you will find a 1 person kayak, a 2 person kayak, and lots of inflatable toys to play in the lake
