The charming vintage lake front cottage is situated directly on the lake with views of the water from almost every room! From the parking area, you descend an easy flight of stairs to the front entrance. The entry opens to a sunny enclosed sun porch with comfortable seating to enjoy the pretty views of the lake. The large open living area has warm wood floors and features a fireplace, comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, and a television. The dining space sits between the living and kitchen and the whole room provides a warm, comfortable feeling.
A large bedroom with a queen bed and television is located just off the dining area. A full bath with a tub/shower combination is also located adjacent to the bedroom and dining.
From the entry sun porch, a wide spiral staircase takes you to the lower level. Here you will find a large family room with 2 queen futons, a kids foosball table, bistro table and chairs and a television. Lots of windows provide for an uninterrupted and sweeping view of the surrounding water. A screen porch is located just off the family room and can access the dock and boathouse. A hot tub has been added this year to enhance your relaxation!
Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a set of bunks, are separated by a smaller but full bath with shower.
The exterior lakeside provides lots of room to enjoy sunbathing, fishing or just relaxing and taking in the view.
This lovely cottage has waterfront good swimming access.
