The lower level is perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The main room is a large family room with a wide screen TV and foosball. To the right is a small kitchen/laundry that opens to the exterior deck. A full bath is located adjacent to the kitchen with a tub/shower combination. Two bedrooms are located on the left side of the family area. One bedroom has a king bed, and the other has a double bed.
A large deck with screened porch opens off the lower level and provides stair access down to the waterfront where you will find a boat dock with deck on top, dock and another screened porch. A canoe is provided with this vacation property. The views are wonderful and the setting is peaceful!
