surrounding mountains and water can be enjoyed. The second Guest Suite is located on the opposite end of the main floor and features a queen bed. This bedroom is just a step away from the full bath located in the hall. This main level is so comfy with its
beautiful cherry plank hardwood floors, its 10’ ceilings and lots of windows to enjoy the view! The lower level is accessed by an extra wide cherry staircase. The lower level features a small family/recreation area, and three more spacious bedroom and two
more full baths. The lower level master has a king bed and a private bath. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and the other has a double bed. The two guest bedrooms share a full bath. The 10' ceilings on this level provide spaciousness throughout. From
the family/recreation room, the Master Suite and one of the guest rooms you can access the lower level deck and screen porch. From this level, it is just a short walk to the top of the boathouse, dock and waterfront. To further enhance your visit at the Clipper
Inn, there is a pontoon boat (max. occupancy 8) included with the rental of this property for you to putt about the lake to enjoy it’s sights and take in the sun! You will be required to take a short course in water and boating safety provided on-site by our
Boat Master. Manager’s comments: We love this home! It’s not only pretty, well furnished and appointed, but it has great views and it’s just a short drive to Chimney Rock Village and the town center area of Lake Lure. Many of our guests enjoy the garage parking
and all have commented on the pretty views. This is a great home for families. There are quite a few steps to the waterfront, but once you arrive, you won’t be disappointed with the water and the views. If you have really small children, just be aware there
is no beach area and the water off the dock is deep as it is part of the main channel of the lake. **Memorial Day through Labor Day require a minimum stay of one week unless there is short notice availability**
