The dining table seats 8 comfortably, there are two counter stools, and dining can be extended to the outdoor covered deck. A grand, custom wooden spiral staircase ascends to a roomy loft area that includes a guest room on one side, with a Queen Bed. The other side of the loft, is the study/office, equipped with high-speed DSL Internet, and is a great spot to work on vacation, if you absolutely have to! The study also has a comfortable futon chair, perfect for sleeping that extra guest, or teen!
A spacious family room on the lower level has its own petite kitchen with small refrigerator, sink and bar, and microwave. This lovely entertainment area is a delightful place to watch movies, (television and DVD), play games, read, or just to sit and enjoy the views! Two additional guest rooms with an interconnecting bath are also located on the lower level. The queen's room has a beautiful queen size black sleigh bed and also has it's own sink and vanity. An interconnecting bath with tub/shower and toilet, separate the two guest rooms. The prince room has a set of bunk beds that accommodates a twin on top, a double on the bottom, and it’s own sink and vanity. The prince's room will easily accommodate two adults and a child, or 3 children. Between the laundry/craft center and the petite kitchen is the other full bath with a large shower and double vanity.
A roomy covered deck surrounds the lower level where all the lakefront activities can be viewed. The waterfront is where the action is! The boathouse with decks on both sides, is a great place to sun bathe, swim, fish, or just float in the water on one of the floats provided. If you elect to use the boat (no additional charge), you can enjoy the entire lake after a short boating safety course. If you enjoy picnics, next to the water in the evenings, is a lovely spot to enjoy one. You have the option, at no additional charge, to utilize the service golf cart (restrictions and extra security deposit apply), to carry food and drinks to the waterfront. As evening draws to a close, be sure and take advantage of the lovely lights from the dam as they dance across the water and look up to enjoy our Carolina Starry nights!
