Downstairs is a comfortable living room with 2 leather sleeper sofas, a rock fireplace and a big screen TV. A well stocked kitchen has a dishwasher, large refrigerator and washer / dryer. There is a rock patio with a gas grill conveniently located just off the kitchen. The dining room is cozy with seating for 6 people and the fourth fireplace. There is large screen porch that calls you to the rockers overlooking the river and enjoy the amazing views or nap on the futon while listening to the rumble of the river. The big level backyard invites you down to the beautiful riverfront. There is plenty room to sit and relax or wade on in. The cottage is only minutes to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure, North Carolina.
