This cute little cottage is the sister property of Retriever Fever which sits below it on the lake. Great for overflow guests. Barely There is not lakefront but does have beautiful views from the upper open deck and lower screened deck.
The main floor of the cottage has a small yet fully equipped kitchen and counter space for dining and is open to the living room with sliding doors to the deck. There is a bedroom with a double bed and the second has two twins with a full hall bath. A spiral staircase takes you to the lower level into a larger family area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and there is a second full bath.
Just a short drive around the corner is Retriever Fever making this the perfect spot for your additional guests. The property is fifteen minutes from Chimney Rock Park and the town of Lake Lure.
