Perry’s cabin has been described by past guests as “full of charm and warmth” and like “enjoying a warm piece of apple pie”. The grounds of the property are superb; you’ll never want to go indoors. The entry to the house brings you into the long screened
porch with inviting rockers and a large table for outdoor dining. You enter into the living room which has two sofas; one is a queen sleeper, cable television with VCR and DVD. There is a gateleg table for indoor dining but with that lovely screened porch
we doubt anyone would use it! The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with lots of extra’s including a double oven range. There are three bedrooms on this level each with a queen size bed and one full bath. The lower level of the home features an efficiency
apartment with a kitchenette. It has a private entrance, cable television with a VCR, DVD and phone. The sitting area has a queen sofa sleeper and the bed is a king size. The kitchenette has a mini refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. The laundry room
is also on this level with full size washer and dryer. Just out side the suite is a covered and open deck areas, this is a very large area with a picnic tables seating 8, an umbrella table with seating for 8, two rockers, porch swing, there is built in seating
around the deck and both gas and charcoal grills. The path leads you to the most inviting grounds area, beautifully landscaped with a large variety of shrubs, flowers and trees; this would be the perfect spot to relax with a good book. There is a large deck
on the water and a covered porch to get out of the sun. There is no access to the boat house but there is plenty of room to dock a boat on the deck area. There is room for 3 - 4 cars inside the privacy gate and an additional 3 - 4 outside of the gate in the
gravel parking area.
