The private paved drive takes you to the front door with covered parking for two cars, and ample uncovered parking. The spacious great room has lots of seating and a gas log-fireplace as well as TV with DVD Player. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers counter seating for a quick breakfast or lunch. From the great room, you can walk out to the covered deck or admire the lake view from inside through the numerous windows.
The master suite has a queen sized bed and full private bath as well as a TV and VCR. Patio doors open onto the covered deck where you enjoy the waterfront view.
Two guest bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the great room. Each accommodates a queen bed and a full bath is located just off the short hall.
You will be sure to enjoy the covered deck. Sit in one of the many rocking chairs and take in the natural beauty this area provides. Whatever the moment, you are sure to be lost in it!
The waterfront is accessible via steps from the deck. There are a lot of steps but once you arrive, you will be sure to enjoy the new boat house and dock. The top of the boat house has a picnic table perfect for lunches by the waterside. The front of the boat house deck is gated so that only the brave can jump into the water below. For the not so brave, there is also a ladder and stair entry to the water on the other side of the boat house.
Manager's comments: This is just an adorable cottage all on one level with easy access. It is perfect for small families or two to three couples. If you need more room, Aspiration is just next door and can be combined with Bear Footin to acommodate up to 18 people. You won’t be disappointed is this comfortable cottage!
